I hope you are building better quality houses than the ones river ranch ;)

fishinpox 05-07-2011 09:31 PM

I've only driven through RR 1 time .... Dink was sayin the same thing ... Not just RR though you'd be suprised how crappy most home builders build these days. I watch what's goin on and don't let my subs get away with any bullsheet . I want to know my customers will have no problems for years to come

Wow....that is a small lot. Bet that neighborhood looks more like Condominiums than houses and you can hear your neighbors when they make any noise.

The lots in my neighborhood are 4+ times that size and I also bought the lot that is behind me so I don't have to look at anybody's back yard behind me.

I was one of the stupid ones to buy a D.R. Horton piece of junk! Been for sale for almost 2 years now. Cant give this thing away! Too many people know about their shady houses now.

Man, seriously, that's a beautiful home, no doubt but, you'd have to put that thing on about 3 acres or so for me! That being said, I'm not much of a people person, either! LOL

Yes, I also have my own framing and interior trim crews .

bjhooper82 06-28-2011 10:04 PM

Cool. I'm hoping to build in the next year or two. I'll have to give you a call. It's hard to find someone that does quality work and takes pride in what they do these days.

Looking good great work

fishinpox 09-10-2011 07:38 AM

Here are some pics of the wood floors I'm putting in. Random width 3", 4",6" and8" planks reclaimed dirty top heart pine going everywhere except the baths http://tapatalk.com/mu/a6890fe5-59ec-1355.jpg

Decided to go dirty top in case I move in so my dogs won't destroy a smooth sanded heart pine floor

BayBolt23 09-10-2011 08:00 AM

Nice dude! Looks like top notch work;)

fishinpox 09-10-2011 08:19 AM

These aren't the actual floors it's a picture from my wood supplier house/showroom . That is what they will look like though. If I don't move in this one , when I build mine I'm going to recess the slab and put sleepers and have 16" wide planks dirty top floors ... I live that look of old wood
