Just an idea inhouse salty tourney
 

I think it would be cool if we had a SALTY CAJUN in house tourney.....Heres what I thought....TIME=6am-3pm at Calc. Point..It would be a biggest fish takes all 5$ flounder, 5$RED, 5$SPECK...winner takes all....Everyone meet there and prepare to launch at 6am and BOGA on anybodys particular boga weigh in at 3 or 2pm...To me I think if we chat every day then meeting everbody would be a good way to PUT A PICTURE WITH THE NAME...You would not have to fish the tourney but a good way to bring everyone together.......This SAT. sounds great...LETS DO THIS..."W" would have to PAY 20 for the tourney....LET DO THIS.;)

Need more heads up than 2 days but sounds good to me!

On a serious note this does sound like a great idea. Just pick a place and time, whoever makes it, makes it. That would be the easy way to do it.

sweetness... i like the idea of monthly. playing field wont be that big and will give us a chance to meet new peeps everytime. this cajun is down for that.

I think the 28th is out star kicks off and everyone wants to hit their holes when it kicks off including myself and I think there is a tourney on the 4th of june....Im gonna throw it out there for the 11th of june which is 3 weeks from saturday....is yhis a good date for a majority which I knoe everyone wont be off but ee could this once a month and go between calc point, heberts, prien lake park for the boga weigh in...ot if someone has a small portable scale....

Yeah I'm down for June 11th. The 4th is the Trout Shootout and I always fish dat.

just a thought also but maybe rotate between specific areas only, makes you learn a specific area better, like west cove one weekend launch from the west side, calc lake one weekend launching from calc pt or heberts, north of calc lake launching from prien park or 2-10 launch, even maybe a river tourney for the bass guys launching from parkside, barrier, or sam houston. just a thought 5 people and it could be fun even do it till daylight to noon so it gives you the afternoon for some good ole family time.

sounds like a good time, some of us will be coming from tx.. if it was held where there were plenty of hotels it would be a plus for us.
