I hope others can show a little more restraint than that, I mean these are most likely all females that will NEVER reproduce now that these people so shamelessly kept these fish. The limit should be ONE fish over 20" and 4 fish between 12 and 20. This is a shame. :*****:

They aren't that big...they are standing fifteen feet behind the rope effectively "long arming" that stringer.
