Floaters this weekend
 

Anyone going out to the floaters this weekend? I am putting together an overnight trip leaving Saturday.

Sorry Charlie, we are running a even bigger Contender than the one in my yard! This one has triple 300's! Couples trip, so I will be rigging, deckhanding, and working the electronics as usual. More like work to me, since the owner of the boat has never been on one!

I'll have to put together a SC trip on the OutFoxed since the weeds are growing around it! I say FFF runs the boat, and everybody coming pays expenses........but ya'll take all the fish since I am full anyway! Thats. gas, oil, ice, bait, etc.etc.etc.!

Sounds expensive how much fuel does the outfoxed burn.

Don't know any of you guys but I'd be down depending on the date. Always nice to meet new people and make new friends. I've never been more than a few miles offshore except for work.

I burned 141 gallons on my trip last week. That's running all day and when I plugged in FWC, I was 67 miles out. So not that bad if you can get on the fish. Now that snapper season has closed, I highly doubt I will run out of FWC again in that boat. May take mine out for ling and tripletail while trout fishing, but I may as well haul it to Grand Isle or Fourchon to go for tuna.

We are running out of the Point this weekend because of camp situation.
