They played well ! I was on edge for that last inning ! Ready for Sunday !

watched from 4th inning on. Looked good. However, that home plate umpire sure sucked. He was calling strikes about 2 inches off the outside corner and balls over the inside corner. He was about as consistent as a Stevie Wonder speed stacking cups! It went that way for both teams, though. I enjoyed watching the game and look forward to their game vs. Montana Sunday at 1 pm.

Hope they can best the Lake Charles team of 3 years ago which lost to Japan in the finals...

Just goes to show how good baseball is in the south. Get you some you future Ragin Cajuns!

lake charles lost to hawaii in us championship. gave up like 4 runs in the 6 th to lose. then lost to japan in consolation game. i was there :eek:

I hope so. The Cajuns have a couple of boys that played on the last LLL that team that made it to Williamsport suiting up as freshman this coming season.

Oh, yeah you are right. My bad. My memory is really getting bad now that I am 40. If I remember right they were leading most of the game but ran out of pitching power towards the end. Poor little guy just kept getting hit on. I felt bad for him.

I watched most of the games yesterday, and have been watching some of the old games on ESPN Classic.

Yes....the strike zone was very wide during the game.

Most of these LL kids are taller than W.....even the Japanzies.

Thought they were gonna rally that last inning, but oh well. One of the kids is in my wife's class and hasn't made it to school yet, but they are letting it slide for now. Hope they make it all the way. Them little ones sure do a lot of spitting in that dugout:grinpimp:

They have done a great job if they loose the next game it's still a great accomplishment !!!!

They look tired!!! And the blues r giving this game to Pennsylvania! If the Fn bat goes 3/4's of the way over the plate I think his wrists broke! Just my opinion...
