ok guys heres the deal, i wanna show of hands as to who would wanna get together and have a lil party/get together. we can have it at my house, i live in lafayette. if thats too far or not feasible, lets do it at a state park or hell on the beach!!!! holla at me guys and ill get this ball rollin. dont tell me ya gonna show and dont, i want a true count of all my saltycajun bros. now, whos in?

dont matter to me...im down just let me know when..if not your house..maybe like cypermort point state park or something like that is a neutral place.

im thinkin in late september or october when it gets a lil chilly. that way we can cook, drink and have a good time without sweatin ta death

I am a member of a meat smoking site and we are haveing a gathering in florida on the 9 10 11 of oct. booze and bbq at a great place w/ great folks from all over the USA.
any other weekend and i'm there . Scott la. sounds like a good central location. Besides that way i can go to best stop and stock up on some more andoullie.

I posted a comment about getting a get together going and then I went out to eat with the wife and when I get back home there is a party being planned. this is what I'm talking about. This site will make if we keep this up!!!! Like I said in the first place, we should try to do this a couple of time per year at different locations, with members of saltycajun in certain regions hosting it in their neck of the woods. this way its not in one spot all the time!! Lets do this!!!

let me join you, i will be happy to build you a custom billystix spiral rod in cjun colors for your get together, now you could sell raffle tickets for the rod and then donate the proceeds back to salty cajun site to help pay the bills.
or you can do what ever you think best, just think it over and let me know when and if you like my idea.
