Just had a group of 6 pintail all hens one drake working my decoys. A hawk swooped in and took the drake down. Craziest thing I have ever seen!

My buddy had that same thing happen to him a few weeks ago except it was a Bald Eagle swiping a Teal

Waited out the fog till noon , it cleared slightly so we ran down river once we hit easy bay to head out to the gulf it was super thick fog so we turned around

Havent been to delacroix in a while Cway been hot. U?

been slammed with work/family ect... fished hopedale week b4 christmas no tide caught maybe 25 dinks , tried to go mangrove fishing last sat ...foggy, made a few trips to the causeway b4 it got to cold and caught a few nice ones , trip to the tressel caught some stud flounders . maybe 4-5 trips in past 3-4 months.....somethings gotta give

This sums it up, caught some nice flounder, finished the house, got engaged, wrecked my truck(again), trash man dumped my cans in the sKreet and didn't clean it up. That's what I've been doin !
