Red fish-
What if all u catch all day long are 28-18 lb fish long as 36" u are required to return them right.

Would u keep 2 or more if it were for food?
And what about the rest " all day long " would u tag them? And can u tag for each area u fish?

Big fish are in...... and hungry. Me to so I would keep 2 to eat but man releasing 5 is hard to do 28lb'rs man! 10-15 min fight on light tackle I earned two.

16" - 20" better redfish to eat . . . . . all those big nasties would be released in my boat

20"-22" top half above the blood line=mmmmmmmm....tasty.

What about tagging and how to get them " tags". If I gata let it go man I want it marked.
And yes top half like pork chops.
I agree that some need to b released but if it will feed a family for a day or two then why not eat.

Got me confused...pretty sure the legal limit is 5 reds 16" - 27" with a max of 1 over 27". Am I losing it?

happy i got fish today yes. mom happy she eat good.....yes. dog and cat happy they got blood meat....yes. everybody happy for a few days......yes.

I cought a total of 8 none had any sign of being caught before.

Tagging would have bean nice but no real school . Never thought reds this big school but more like hunt alone like.

An w if u want to go Thursday is best for me ........need a ride and someone to drag boat.

Guys, this dude is for real. Check out the bungee cord holding his cowling on the outboard; also the grease gun on the fender. Looks like a commercial basin fishing boat. Only someone from around here would have a boat like that in that kind of condition! He probably fishes for a living but went Red fishing for a little sport..not use to throwing back big fish though....goes against his better judgement....understandable.....should we give him a break or what?
