Pier work / Bulk head
I recently purchased a few lots on the ship channel in Hackberry and I am looking for quotes to put in our bulkhead and build a fishing pier and boat house. I plan to use rock v/s going with a full vinyl bulkhead which is less than half the cost of vinyl bulkhead. We also plan to build another camp on this land. The total linear footage on the channel is just over 200 feet.
I only have one person thus far that I have spoken with regarding this work so if you have suggestions of reasonably priced options for me please let me know. I need to at least get the rock in place ASAP before more of my land falls off into the channel. The land is located just south of Davis Seafood. |
This for the new salty cajun camp that will be available for all premium members that I heard about? Lol

Yeah it sucks but I just got an email saying if the person doesn't come with proof of funds by next Wednesday she will loose the lot , so not exactly sure what that means but I would think if she can't show proof then I can buy it up...developer said he'd rather sell it to me since it will be the 4th lot I have bought from him in 12 months
|
Sounds like you have a good shot of getting it. Is the lot near highland road?

None of them are my kin.
My kin folk are from lower Cameron Parish. Cameron, Grand Chenier, Creole. There are a few that moved North after Rita. |
So far I have ZERO quotes. I guess none of these guys need work. Some things never change.
