Toledo report 3-16
 

We in Toledo right now on a meat haul. Got here yesterday and set our lines. Baited with bream around 1pm. Went ran em at 3 and had several cats 2 big ops. One was 60# and one 70#. Ran em this Mornin had another small op around 8#. Lots of blues. Got 15 bass and 2 sacalait when we had time. Hopefully more big ones in da mornin. Will update tomorrow.

Bass all caught on trot lines also, looks like one dem gators took a tail

No bass weren't caught on lines. We cut the tails to bleed em.

Great catch. Apparently the catfish are tearing it up up there.

Think I'm gonna take my jug lines with me when I go to Toledo. Courtbouillon for sure with that catch.

Final count. 20 bass 10 sacalait and 40 catfish. = 15 gallons of fillets. All in all it was a successful trip. Catfish are really biting right now. So is everything else. Just didn't really have time to do much other than run our lines.
