Thanks Cpt. Jose for teaching all of us how to be true anglers and appreciate the great outdoors!

I remember seeing an episode of Spanish Fly when I was young where Jose had a client that was hooked up on a big tarpon. The guys line got wrapped around a piling of a bridge. Being the sportsman that he is, Jose stipped down to his tighty whities, grabbed the rod from the fisherman, jumped in the water with his mask and snorkel and swam the rod around the piling to untangle it. He gave the other guy the rod back and they ended up landing the fish. This dude was awesome. He lived the dreams and lifestyle that so many of us have always wished for. He lived to teach his audience about conservation and true sportsmanship because of his love for our paradise and he did it while never wearing shoes!! Thanks Jose, for teaching me to fish barefoot!!
