4/22/12 BL Got His Feet Wet!!!!!!
 

Hit the Lake this afternoon around 1:00pm with the family for the first FISHING trip......Well we threw chart swimming mullets under a cork and I threw swimming mullets attatched to a 1/8oz jig head.....My lil boy finally got his feet wet with his first flounder...Had to help him but he managed one...LOL....Ended the day with 9 flounder and 1red....A great day to be on the water with the family....Looked like family day with all the kiddos on the water.......:D

GREAT job Dad! It brings back memories of fishing with my oldest when he was that age. He is 27 now and I still love to fish with him.

Chris I tried to get my boy to go with me. He was not having any part of fishing. I wish he would have went then we could have stayed longer. The wife took the kids to play put put and he said he does not like golf either. He loves jui jitsu though.

Way to go Dad ! That pic brings back alot of memories of fishing with my youngest son when he was that age. Red head, cow licks and all !!! He had to wear a snoopy pfd but could handle an adult baitcaster. He's 19 now and is still my best fishing buddy and receives first offer to fish with me on each trip I make. When his older sister and brother have time to join us he takes pride in showing them how its really done. You're making some good memories there Spinner !!!
