I swiped this from another board and I believe it is still going on...

I heard this tip on how to get some brand new Eagle Claw Lazer Trokar hooks for free and it worked. I just my six 2/0 EGW worm hooks and a decal for free.

Here's how you do it:

Go to this link: http://www.lazertrokar.com/

Click "Join Team Trokar"

There is a quiz about their company history to take. You can take it as many times as you need to until you pass. A passing score is 8 out of 10. (Hint: Open their "About Us" page in another window to find the answers while taking the test)

Then just wait for your free stuff to arrive. I waited about 6 weeks, but have heard of people getting them within 2.

I did one in my name and one in my wife's name. They sent me a pack of 1/0 hooks and the other pack was 5/0 hooks. They are sharp.

i filled out the quiz and it kept telling me it was denied. Tried it several different times. Just gave up finally.

I used the same address for the survey as I did for the quiz. I later filled out a quiz and used my wife's name. For the survey, I did one in my name and one in the wife's name on the same day. They sent my hooks, but not her's. I don't know if they are just behind or if they figured out my tactics.

used me, my brother and gf's name, all different addresses.

Got mine today too.

If you guys haven't used them yet, those hooks are sharp. If they get into the fish they aren't getting out until you have the fish in your boat/on the bank.

I was able to use mine last weekend at Toledo Bend. I was impressed on how sharp they were.
