Royce Gracie the mma legend training with my son.
 

Last night I bring my son to his jui jitsu class and the man himself is there giving a seminar. My son had a hour long lesson from Royce Gracie. I was one proud dad watching my son learn from the master. They guy is a class act. He was wonderful with the kids. My son had a blast and learned a few things. Paul Myers has the vids and will post them soon. How many peope can say their 6 year old son trained with the legend of MMA.

Awesome, they use that style for military training. In basic training, we watched his old videos for a couple hours and then got thrown into 'the pit':grinpimp:

When MMA first started there was no rules, no time limit, no weight class and they had to fight like 3 or 4 times a night. Gracie won nearly every one of the first tourments one I recall he could not come out for the last fight but he was awesome fighter.

Ethan's school is affiliated with the Gracie's. He does come to teach and the school from time to time. I'm not sure but I think it's once or twice a year. We have been in Florida so I had no idea till we walked in. I was like Ohhh **** that's Royce Gracie. The one on one vids are great. W. ill send them to you by email. Give me a few.

He gave me my brown belt three years ago and he will one day give me my black belt. When you receive a belt from him you have to preform to his standard.

I do not want to fight your son

This is so true. You do not get a black belt Bc you have been there for a few years. The highest rank as a youth is blue belt. Royce did not get his black belt until he was in his twenties. You have to earn it. Congrats on the brown belt. That itself is a huge accomplishment.

I think you just copy the URL and attach it to the post.

Tried that and it was a no go. I think they might be in the wrong format for YouTube also. The videos are in .mov format. I can't watch them on YouTube either. If you want to try, the channel is TheSaltyCajun.

The vids were recorded with my iPhone if that helps at all. Thanks for yalls help. Paul did you watch them.
