Just joking, I might get into deer hunting one day.

I wasn't ready for it to end....need to practice with my bow but been jammed up at work.

I have been slinging arrows everyday that I am in town.

Can't wait.

Everyone has their own thing....I just don't have access to the ducks like I do the deer.

Ive Been feeding them here at work....we have about 2 acre spot that they call wetlands right in the middle of the mill that has 4 deer that stay in there, got a light plant set up & been watching them, one is a small buck....his horns are bout 2" long right now.

I wouldn't mind knocking a deer down this year. But if that means sittin in a stand in Louisiana it prolly ain't gonna happen. Maybe one will swim through my decoys lol

I'm too impatient to deer hunt i've tried it not for me.

Hadn't had the time with the fishing. Did get a couple new cameras. Keep forgetting to bring my bow home from my parents house so I can practice.
Also, supposed to be joining a new duck lease with a buddy.
Until then still have fish to catch.

There is a season?

Yea in our area it is from January 1st to December 31st. It's a pretty long season !!

Saw two nice bucks by my house the other morning. Definitely ready to sling an arrow at one.

I have a couple bucks showing up regularly on the trail cam that I'm hoping stick around until fall.

Deer season already? Doesn't start here till the last Friday in October for rifle and the last Friday in September with bow.

I am an outfitter for Canadian black bears (www.blackbearoutfitters.ca) and will start baiting in August with the season starting September 10th. Bought my first bow this year and I'm gonna try to it this year on the bears. Can't wait!!!

It can't get here fast enough!!!! Going to the camp in the next couple weeks to do some mowing and put up a few cameras where I plan on bow hunting. Gonna do a couple modifications to my lock-on to make it a little easier to put up & take down.

The wife decided she wanted to go back to school, as a result I had to give up the deer lease this year. Needless to say, i'm pretty bumbed out about that. Looks like it will be public lands for me this year. Hopefully I can still fill the freezer.

Just booked a bow hunting trip to Missouri!!! Wont sleep till then.

Take plenty of pics and give us a report.....I plan on traveling up that way next year for a bow hunt...;)

O yea and Jude I"m in on the Salty Cajun hunt in Tensas. Anybody put in for the Tensas Loto hunt.
