What y'all think I've only missed 3 hunts the whole teal split. I'm beyond burnt and starting to wonder if I wanna sit in the rain and not kill anything. I'm definately thinking twice. I just had the thought run thru my head and figured I'd ask to c what y'all would do.

You think it's going to be raining in the morning??? I'm going after them.

My weekend: hunt Tom? Work inventory sat or sun(3hrs) possibly offload truck full of chems (2 hrs) sat night- hosting couples shower sunday- inventory? Still gotta load everything up before I go to bed

I'll tell you this we smoked them in the rain the first Monday of the season. It was probably one of best hunts of the year.

Miserable than being tired and wet but two days left of the season makes it worth it. Yesterday was the first day of the season we missed our limit. I'm mad at them now!!!! Redemption!!!

Lol! Guys this has been by far the best 2weeks of my life the best part is seeing my dog get smarter and smarter day by day. At first on blind retrieves he'd nogo meaning he would not be confident enough to just go. And he feared cripples now with a little but of Raymond's tips on pattern blinds and my cooperation to stay with it and putting my own twist on cripple.(made his fun bumber a artificially wounded he now only no gos when he is overwhelmed with how many dead birds to mark and pounces on cripples and has brought back 2 birds at a time twice once was with Chris other time today. AMAZING!!!!!!

your dog got it, and the more he hunts and works the better he will get.

We only killed 2.... Missed a few easy shots but it was slow hunting. A ton of rain and didn't get to fire a shot until after 7am.

Didn't have any early morning flight and everything else we saw was sky high and we weren't going to sky bust...

Had a great morning being in the blind with the family, just got the guns cleaned up and I'm going to spend a little time with mama at the spa, then coming home to hold the recliner down....

Life is good, that's for sure.

We got our 36 this morning, but came at a price of getting wet (need new rain wear). Couple roads were flooded coming back out from camp.

Well.....who else is gonna be out there this morning? There are some heavy storms about to pass Pine Island. It looks like they are moving fast.
