VOTE

Probably not that anyone needs it, but remember tomorrow is election day. Do your homework and get out and VOTE.

I posted this in the general section to remind everyone, not start a debate.

Thanks

I believe that the website name is GeauxVote.com. Look it up. There, you can type in your name and zip code. It will tell you if you are active as well as what's on your ballot and where to vote.

southern151 11-06-2012 09:31 AM

Wifey waited for 30 min at polling place of weaver rd and didn't get to the door. Will return later today with a chair and ice chest for the wait. Reading that swing states have been very busy which bodes well for the Rmoney crowd.

Standing in line right now. Been here for 45 minutes.

Matt G 11-06-2012 12:18 PM

I have been voting at Judice Middle School ever since I was 18 and today was the first time I have ever had to wait in a line to vote... I don't know if I should be proud or nervous about that.

Also, almost all of the poll workers were new ones I have never seen before. And they all looked like Democrats

Garfish 11-06-2012 12:41 PM

CajunSaint 11-06-2012 12:45 PM

Why vote? It doesn't count! :shaking:

Kinda like LSU being #1 or 2 in the AP poll, but, #3 in the Coaches. The AP has no bearing on the final goal. There is only a handful of people that decide who will be President.

Somebody told me yesterday that, by not voting, I was supporting Obama. I'm like, "Dude, my non-vote counted just as much as yours."!!!!!!!!!!

When it comes to Presidential Elections you are correct.

Unless you live in VA, CO, OH, FL or Cal

Look at the land mass that was won by Romney...... that should tell you who voted for Obama. All the people in the most populated states.

Not even the populated States... the Populated Cities in those states... Look at the map for Ohio as an example... Hussein won Cincinnati, Toledo, and Columbus... Romney won everything else and still lost Ohio... hahaha

The Latino vote is the fastest growing.

And, it just so happens that the most populated states have the most votes that count. Of all the people that voted in the state of Louisiana yesterday (or, earlier)...only 8 counted.
