Glad to be back. Casey and the mods are doing great things, and I am glad to support it. For what it's worth, I pulled 3 topwater baits out of some poor guys in a 5 day stretch a few weeks ago, and I decided that was a sign I needed to get my sponsorship back up.

Unfortunately, me and my family can vouch for the fast service, correct diagnosis and followup later that Doc Jay and his staff provide.

Did you happen to pull a mirrodine XL out of the back of a guys head a few weeks ago?? He had a on a visor and was bleeding like a pig. I was in the room with him laughing.

My wife and I have both had to use Dr. Jay's medical services and I can tell you I wont be going any where else for my walk in medical needs. I went in for an ear injury that turned out to not be injured and he still personaly called me for a follow up a few days later.

Yup.

I'll remember that if I'm ever passing through Lake Chuck and need a Dr.

Had to have a mirrodine pulled out of my hand today doc. I don't feel so bad now that I know it's not just me.

I visited drjay when I broke my hand. Fast service and the after care was awesome. If the occasion warrants then I will be going back.

There have been a few times where I've been really glad that Lake Charles Urgent Care is there...No worrying about whether or not can get an appointment, super friendly staff, and in and out quick every time.

Welcome DrJay. Man, I could have used DrJay when:

1) my Dexter filet knife did a slow-mo fall out of its sheath and yep sliced my ankle open to the bone; and

2) when I some how punched a hole in my foot with a 4 prong pitch fork.

No alcohol was involved - just a bad case of the dumb azzz.

Note to file: nuSkin does not close up an ankle cut to the bone, even if you try for 2 hours. Ask my wife. The Doc laughed and simply said 'You don't know what you are doing... get in here'. Of course, he was right.
