With as much screwin' around as you do...I figgered you had some kids. Didn't know they would be old enough to fish, tho.

Them Spooks have been out for a while...so has that "green" bait that you seldom throw.

LaAngler 10-29-2009 10:40 PM

the rods are the kids the baits are the toys

rosska 10-29-2009 10:52 PM

That badonkadonk pissed me off being the paint scratched off after 3 fish. The bait looks good and works well through the water but the super spook produced more blow ups. Needless to say I will not be adding any bomber topwaters to the collection.

LaAngler 10-30-2009 10:07 AM

I'm not saying sand eels won't catch big fish, i'm just saying they aren't the best bait to use to target big fish.

I do like to use eels

SULPHITE 10-30-2009 10:08 AM

W do you crap sand eels?

LaAngler 10-30-2009 10:10 AM

Bruce Lies... Him a nate came potlicked me in the fog on some birds....then jumped in the water took that pic!!!........ I dont throw no pop n cork on no birds......:smokin:

all star rod 10-30-2009 01:57 PM

I have heard about that "clip on cork" you keep in your right pants pocket.....:*****::*****::*****:...Them clip on corks are quick n easy to take-off just in case someone may see you!!!!! We all know you have a BIG reputation to up-hold. We would not want you to lose all of your SPONSORSHIPS if caught with the cork!!!

Montauk17 10-30-2009 02:12 PM

lol....those clip on corks are quick to go from tightline to cork, but they slide on the line too much when you pop it. For that reason I have a spinning rod setup with a rattle cork at all times.

all star rod 10-30-2009 02:29 PM

I agree. Since I have no sponsors or reputation to up-hold when I use a cork I use the Ole Bayside brand ones. BTW, they are not the clip on type. Anyway, I thought the clip on type corks were for perch fishing!!!:grinpimp:
