Big lake knockout fishing tournament
 

Come try to win some cash fishing the Big Lake Knockout every Sunday afternoon at Hebert's marina.

that sounds like a blast! I wish they had bass tournament like this around me! Would be a blast!

I can't pull up the info about the tournament on my ipad, so sorry if this question is answered in the document. Is this going to be every Sunday throughout the year or just during the summer?

It's just during the summer. The last Sunday we are having it is August 11th

We've been having about 8-10 people each week

getting word out should get alot more

gonna have to get in on a few of these before it ends.

Wish I could get in on the tournaments but I am only able to fish during the fall and winter time.

I will try to make it to one of these tourny's, I fish evening bass dog fights and love them so this should be just as fun!

People are funny.

Shame the devil on anyone from the LC area who can't get a yard pass on Sunday afternoons to fish Big Lake for some gas money. Nothing better than an empty bay in the afternoons.

He posted in another thread that the event is cancelled for this afternoon.

But why?

Big lake is empty every afternoon. No one fishes past 1:00.

I'm just saying being from Lafayette, Sunday afternoons just ain't in the cards for me. If I lived in LC I would fish it every Sunday afternoon.
