What are your favorite hobbies?
 

Aside from fishing, hunting, etc...what do all of you do in your spare time? Post up a list of the things you enjoy!

Boating.
We have a 28 ft. Chris Craft that we take out on weekends and sometimes on trips to Lake Arthur, Port Arthur and Beaumont. The rest of the time, we stay around the Lake Charles/Prien Lake area. Sometimes we head up the Calcasieu River, North of the Saltwater Barrier for a long weekend.

Eating.
I like to cook, but I LOVE to eat.

Smack talking some football..... I love to Research..Research and more Research... college Football.......and anything on current events

I used to train MMA heavily, but tore up my back. Now my hobbies are the kids, lifting, cooking, and messing around with fishing lures.

I messed up my back and have had 3 different procedures done on it. The last surgery was this past Jan.
That is why I can't duck hunt anymore. I can't fix up blinds and do a lot of work on the ponds and other stuff.
And it is why I can't fish offshore anymore. When I get back in from offshore, it sometimes took me almost a week to recover.

Reaserching trout fishing...I don't get a whole lot of time on the water because of my work schedule, so I try to learn as much as I can else where.

Catching Yellow fin and Bluefin Tuna Is One Thing im most passionate about...its the greatest rush on earth when u hook into what you know is a 400+ lb. bluefin tuna...many men go a lifetime hunting these beasts and never manage to land one although many are hooked...I love me some of them Cynoscion nebulosus also thats Specks in simpler terms..and much of my spring and fall is spent chasing them...Then When Duck Season comes in the winter and the yellowfin are 15 miles off the coast and the trout are in the marsh its like you dont know wat to do...nothing beats a day outdoors no matter wat it is though..From Froggin to boating to camping anything is better than sitting inside all day playing video games or watching TV although i do love me some football..and Golf

You ever been to Duhon's Mud Hole in Abbeville? They used to open either every other weekend or every 3rd weekend during the summer months.

fishing, taxidermy, anything involving one of my boats and water, no jurnt here, but I LOVE TO SHOOT QUACK out of my boat on the water. it gives me a rushhhhhhhhhh!
