well guys...........I made a decision today that was pretty big.
left my job to build another company in our industry.
Last time i resigned from a company was 1986.........been fired a couple times.......but this time it was on my watch.
so, ...............hopefully things work out and I will not have to sell all my fishing stuff

scary leaving the security of a 9 to 5. I applaud your courage. I've had multiple opportunities to jump ship, but I just can't get off the old refinery titty. Hope it works out man.
