I took a slab of deer ribs outa the freezer rubbed the 3 pieces I had sawed into with Cajun seasoning crystal hot sauce and some Woo sauce put it in a pan tightly sealed with tin foil and let them sit in a 380 degree oven for like 3 hours somewhere around half way I uncovered turned em over and added a lil beer to the slowly drying pan and put them back. They came out fall off the bone tender and with some fresh picked salad greens and the last of our sweet taters they made fine eating. I'da took a picture if I'da knowed this post was there but we ate them fore I saw it.:)

Bacon and redfish are awesome. I bet the jalepeno approaches perfection.

You just steam them using the liquid crab boil?

In the pot you put about an inch of water and half a cap full of Zatarains liquid crab boil.

In the steamer part you put the snap peas, snow peas, green beans, asparagus with a little salt and pepper on them.

Steam them for 10-15 minutes or longer dependending on how "done" you like them.

That sounds dang good. Something I would have never thought of. Will have to try it.

swamp snorkler 03-20-2014 10:55 AM

My wifes Dr. told her to that. It's the only way we eat green beans now.

Cappy 03-20-2014 12:35 PM

Man when I worked with my dad and we were anywhere near that place we had T Boys boudin for lunch. Anywhere near was within 30 miles. T Boys is that good.

Looking right mriguy! If you have some leftovers, stick that in a ziplock and leave it in the driveway. I'll follow the smell and come pick it up! Leave a beer while you at it too!
