man, i grew up in (what was then) small town TX, it was levis and wranglers until summer. Then we cut off whatever was too short . we were flip flops and smelly cowboy boots. I used to cuss my mom and grandparents for that but looking back on childhood pictures, the only shrapnel was the really bad jorts!!

The tight roll has made it's first appearance since 1992 here at my junior high school. I saw it first about a month ago. That really took me back. I pointed and said, "DUDE! AWESOME TIGHT ROLLS!" I'd say about 1/8 of the kids have started doing it.
