calcutta 250
 

I have a calcutta 250 that is about ten years old.
Surperior tackle has tried to fix it with no success.
Any of you guys know anyone that can take a shot at it?

he gave me a ziploc of parts and sure enough there was something bent.

Don't know bout you but I bend the gears somehow!@!!!

Get u a core50 mg and get in on that awesome 365 day warranty! Don't worry, shimano has a warranty !

That core warranty is so awesome, it also covers your curado and waterloo's

I think it's the "sweep"hook set.
I bent some little bar in there and it screwed up everything.
I got it back working today.

but who knows

Curado 200E7 aint that that wonderful 365 day warranty. Man, I bet the only thing shimano warranties on that reel is the fishing line u string it up with! W,ur starting to sound like jsmoke :beathorse:

I am amazed out much/many Shimano changes have been made.

Hell I still have a Calcutta from 1991!! the one with NO brakes.....

man it's hard to go away a sure thing and equipment that works.

There was a time I was fishing 35-45 weekends a year. (can you spell divorce)

I picked up this equipment and here it works again after all these years of sitting in the shed. I had to buy these babies twice so I am keeping em LOL

I got it for $100.00, It was an Academy Closeout. They new ones are $200.00

Yeah, I did. I was in Houston last summer when my mom was in the hospital. I had to get away for a lil while and just happened into the Academy, thinking I would get a throw down reel for a spare.

I saw that one and did a double take at the price and jumped on it.

Find one that will fish.
find one that's not a hog..
And make sure she aint a shim.

Honey im sorry, the glitter, and perfume, i have a perfectly logical reason. I was at this new store out by the place i was workin at, and they had some wonderfully smelling perfume that i thought i'd buy you. Well turns out there was only one, and a big lady (200+) tackled me (thats where the glitter is from), and she took the perfume and ran out the door! Thats right STOLE THE PERFUME FROM ME AND THE STORE! Thanks for your time
