OKC Goose Hunt

1 Attachment(s)
Traveled up to OKC last Friday with my bro-in-law to meet my dad. He's working up there and lined us up a goose hunt with a guy he works with. Started out slow Saturday morning, first flock came in at 8ish. When I say first flock, I'm talking 80-100 geese landed before he called the shot. After the first flock it was fairly steady action until 11, ended the day with 29. Sunday was a different story, the wind picked up to 20-25 and it was cloudy, compared to little to no wind and clear sky's on Saturday. We only killed 2 Sunday. It was defiantly a hunt I'll never forget.

Here are a couple videos i shot on Saturday morning.

Nice! I’ve been telling people for a long time that Oklahoma is the best kept secret in waterfowl. I’ve been working in OK for about 10 years and been on some of the best hunts of my life up there.
