Arrow rest
Thinking about buying a new arrow rest for my Bear. I have a whisker biscuit on there now but I'm thinking about getting a drop away rest. Anyone have a suggestion?

I gotta hear this. I know something good is coming from dink!!

Always looking for a new weapon or weapon upgrade...but you never post a picture with the upgrade or weapon! Must be out interferring with official police business or drawing from the quickdraw wyatt earp style. I suggest you buy it and give a review

Been shooting a QAD for a while, had a few mishaps, one costing me a deer. I traded a stabilizer on Archery Talk and have a new Limbdriver coming in, but I may get the Trophy Ridge Revolution. There are a lot of guys raving about it on Archery Talk. I asked my buddy at the Bow Shop here and he is bluntly honest, but he said he liked it. AND, its only $50 BUCKS

Take the Whisker Biscuit off and throw the bow in the trash and go get a new bow:D

I shoot a QAD drop away and haven't had any problems with it. Before that I had a Trophy Ridge drop away. Really like both of them. Like the QAD, b/c I can lock my arrow in the rest and it won't move around. Wanna say both of them are around $150.

Biggest buck I ever shot with my bow bout 8-9 years ago, I had just got a new bow. Hadn't got my sights or rest in yet and it was opening weekend. Took my early 90s year model pins and rest off old bow and used that. Just gotta make that 1 shot count!
|
The reason I ask is that I don't think my arrow speed should be where it is for my draw weight. Then again, I do have pretty crappy kill sticks and 100gr broadheads.
