East from where? We are not far from lake Charles and we haven't missed a limit yet. We are only hunting 1 blind and we are just short of 300teal so far. Hunting 5-8ppl per day.

Where do y'all hunt? I have not heard of anyone killing teals limits from Johnson Bayou to Holly Beach to Welsh to Thornwell.

Shot 8 this morning in Pecan Island. One was banded so that was a plus at least.

You did better than a good bit of ppl round those parts. Band makes up for a lot!

I know you're not hunting out of that "Island" blind?

Had 2 buzz me outta nowhere this morning about 5 ft from the blind, then had another group cruise past just outta shooting range couldnt get them in...and one more group that made a fool of me bc I shoulda knocked more than one down...We dont have annnny teal in our marsh in GC...south side of 82...Thank god for early bow season...I'll be in the tree instead of the marsh tomorrow
