tristan and i hit the lake this mornin.was back at the house for 8:15 with 27 sacalait and 8 bass.all caught on orange/black jigs and blue and white jigs.dad caught more than he did, but the bite was light and they were stacked up in a lil cove on the banks.sacalait arent full of eggs yet but the spawn must be startin ta have em that close to the bank.great job tristan.now we are leavin ta put a hog on the ground.will report back later

well, when it starts I'll let you know and we can plan a Salty trip up there. Just went and rented a lot at Buckeye to park my 5th wheel on. Usually late Feb to May.

Jchief keep us posted on TB. I got a friend with a camp near Buckeye but he doesn't fish - go figure. I might have to potlick a little to re-learn the area. Would be nice to know when you start getting 'em.
