Deer processor Lafayette

Heard Lagneaux's on Ridge road, but welcome suggestions because I'm sure there are a lot of places. I'd like to get some fresh sausage and some patty sausage made.
Thanks.

I have had Lagneaux's make sausage with 50% deer, 35% chicken thighs, 15% ribeye fat. Good Stuff.

We go to Chadley's in Broussard on Pinhook. Great prices and he makes some great stuff - burritos, venison pot pies, summer sausage, breakfast sausage, stuffed tenderloin and backstrap, smoked sausage with jalapenos and cheese, etc. You can check out his website at Chadleys.com

It's not in Lafayette, but I'll tell you it's worth the drive. Hook up with the Ag Dept. with the Centerville High School (near Franklin). They have the best recipe and probably the best price.

I bring my deer to champagnes in duson. Kevin, the butcher, does an excellent job on both fresh and smoked sausage. He also debones and makes stew meat, hamburger meat, and sausage patties. they are very reasonably priced. I have 3 deer over there now being done.

Crickets Kitchen, 1069 Freeman Rd, Broussard, LA 70518. (Behind Big Easy Casino on 90)

The guy who owns it did all Deer processing at Billeaud's for years and does an amazing job. He has also made me Duck Sausage that has caused more excitement than any processed meat I've ever had, 50% Duck, 30% Bacon, 20% ground pork. WOW, its so tasty and can be used for any recipe instead of ground beef.

Dropped off a deer on Wednesday and its already done. Good Prices and Turn around.

I use Janise's Supermarket in Sunset. Good prices, quick turnaround and will mix it with any ratio of deer to pork, etc. you desire. They also smoke and vacuum pack.

I use Adrien's on Congress. Less expensive than Lagneaux's, for the same quality in my opinion. I don't do anything fancy, just ground meat 90% deer 10% ribeye trimmings. Vacuum packed and hard frozen in the size packages you want. Pretty quick too.

Lagneauds is expensive I know that.. Adrian's is good.
Best stop is ok but won't go back.. Terrible vacuum sealing and you def pay for that!

Comeaux's in Breaux Bridge. Every pack of meat is labeled as to what it is and also has your name and date on it. I've got a deer and a hog there now. 337-332-0720
