Pallet Wacking

With the wood pile empty and the spring rise cutting off my drift wood supply I rounded up a pile of pallets and went to wacking them up. Here are the pictures and video of the process along with some beer drinking fire sitting appreciation of this great spring weather.

The trick is to build ya fire in one side and drag the coals from the fire to the other side to cook with.

pallets have chemicals and dyes and often pine I would not cook with em .

The pallets I use are raw and untreated and come from a fertilizer place. The way I cook on them is build the fire away and use the coals to cook I assume the glowing coals have burnt off all the bad stuff. If I am wrong and it kills me I'll know I lived a good happy life and will let ya know.
