I want the 28 gauge! O/U?

Red Devil 08-31-2010 09:10 AM

Actually, I don't have the 28 gauge. When my uncle passed, my cousin got the guns and once he had the 28 appraised, he said there was no way he would shoot another shell through the gun, so now I have the ammo. Trying to get the wife to let me buy one, but she ain't budging. LMAO

It's a Winchester Model 12 and the appraiser said that in it's current condition, $12-15K. Had it not been used so much, upwards to $25K.

Did not know Winchester made the mod 12 in 28 gauge, have shot them before, it was the Super Black Eagle of its time. Dad has a 12 in 3" chamber but it has no blueing left and only worth $2,000.
Sorry to jack da tread.
Call the lake charles gun club and have them put the shells on their board.
