I can echo that as they sent me replacement hooks for my Vudu in the mail and threw in free pack of wedge tails also.

I agree, even though I've complained about certain issues, Ken always responds with a very good answer with reasoning and a good approach also.

FYI, Railside in Broussard has a ton of Vudus, mainly Natural and Gold colors.
