Success Story--so far

Just wanted to post a little encouragement to those of you that are trying to quit smoking.

My neighbor has been a 3pk a day smoker for 25 years. She stopped cold turkey about 3 weeks ago. She is really trying hard. I am not a smoker and she has been spending time at my house to help her not think about it. She is using patches and hard candy and lolipops.

I know this doesnt seem like much, but cold turkey is hard for anything!!

So for those of you trying, keep goin, it can be done!!

Good luck and God Bless.:)

I quit cold turkey a year and a half ago so let her know its possible. I was a pack a day smoker for about 10 years and one day just decided I had enough. I wasnt easy but it definitely paid off I didnt even get affected by the pollen last year

I woke up and stopped. It sucked hard, and still sucks. My grandfather quit when he was 59, right before he died he smoked a few packs. He said he had been waiting for these since he quit. He died when he was 87. It is hard and no fun, but worth it in the long run.
