Best way to eat tuna is clean the fish normal than cut the thin strips off around the bone and dip in whistchester(sp?) with lemon pepper and tonys....

jchief 03-18-2012 09:28 PM

I been using that stuff since he was selling it out of his house, in Mason jars.

Man I need some more tuna, y'all got me droolin'!

I would cut the tuna in small strips and throw in a Ziploc bag w/ some whatsthishere sauce, lemon juice, little Tony's and some Tabasco. Let 'em sit for about an hour or so in the fridge and eat either on crackers or some thin cut toasted french bread.

As for grilling, season w/ lemon pepper, Tony's and Tabasco and sear the outsides in a black iron skillet (simple & gooooood). The middle is still cold when I would eat it!

fishinpox 03-19-2012 08:41 PM

What is luds???

I love to cook it on pit....but when I can't I take a skillet and get it hot...real hot and put butter(lots of butter) and oinoins....throw tuna on each side about 40 seconds

Top Dawg 03-19-2012 10:27 PM

Lud's is where it's at for ribs. Been lucky enough to be introduced to it a long time ago. My sisternlaw is from hackberry. She got me started on dat a long time ago.
