Same Story Different Day

The last few days have been a blessing as the weather has cooperated enough for us to have smooth rides out and great fishing. Yesterday I had a trip for Capt Marty out of Dularge and the story is the same. I had two gentlemen catching their limit before noon. It was steady action all morning with the bite coming and going and fish moving around the platform constantly. Today I had a group of guys from a fishing club for Capt Tommy. At daylight the bite was hot all over the place and then he fish congregated and the school tightened so much you had to throw in the bucket. Single rigged Reflexion Lil Bammer in Ghost has been working very well. When the fish decide to quit biting plastic they will take a buffet of live shrimp, minnows, or croakers on the bottom. There's no sign of our good fishing slowing down and if the weather stays right we will have the best year of trout fishing I can remember since I was a teenager. Capt.
