kicks choke

ok, i hunt sabine and Lacassine. I just bought the SBE2 and i want a good choke. Im thinking Kicks or patternmaster but cant make up my mind. And on top of that i dont know if i should get the Mod. or full or Xfull. any suggestions. Im tired of seeing guys skybust and knock the hell out of them from 30 to 50 yards. :pissed:

I shoot the patternmaster. I have the mod which I got this year and like it much more than the extended full that I have. Now the extended full is a good reach out and touch but you better be on the noise when shooting. Good clean kill or clean miss. My opionion I would get the mod. I got mine at G&H in Geudan

i know for sure there are Kicks chokes at the Bass Pro in Denham Springs. I'm not sure if there's a Bass Pro in LC or if they have Kicks there, but they have them here.

Compare to Trulock chokes and my suggestion would be an Improved modified choke which is between full and modified.

I shoot a Kicks high flyer full choke and love it but never shot the patternmaster, as far as full vs mod I always shot better with full and found i had more dead instead of cripples. All in all though I find im a better shot with a full choke. I got my kicks from bass pro in Denham Springs when I bought my SBE 2.

i got a tru-glo 8n1 choke.... that thing is pretty sweet... U can buy this choke for $90 which is what 1 patternmaster goes for.... it hasnt let me down yet... i've shot it on all settings (cylinder----XXfull) you just turn and it will click on each individual choke setting... i love mine.. here's the link...

I got the SBEII and shoot the Kicks High Flyer Mod. it shoots great. I find i get a lot more kills down range. Thats just me. I would recommend it. But they are all prolly pretty good

In my SBEII, I shoot an improved-mod Briley ported choke for pass shooting and a light-mod ported for decoying birds and have had great luck
