Opelousas Sostan Chicken
 

You would think some one born in Opelousas and raised in Port Barre woulda heard of Opelousas chicken. I stumbled across it and discovered it ws just what we called basted chicken or baked chicken. Anyways yesterday I made a batch took a bunch of pictures and wrote a blog post on how I make it at home.
