Great documentary. My Grandfather supplied the pigs every year on the farm for his hired man family's Boucharie. It was a bonus he gave him after we cut rice every year. That was the highlight get together for the year. Always a good time and food. Thanks for sharing.

we joked about using all the parts of the pig. my Paw-Paw said we used everything but the a$$ h***, and he dried that out and made a whistle for the kids. dang!, i was one of the kids.

Cool Stuff
Dink, very cool stuff I love it. I saw an episode of "No Reservations" with Anthony Bourdain, at a boucherie. It was a good episode, and they didn't make us look like illiterate hicks. They had the Red-Stick Ramblers playing if I remember right. We're u apart of that episode?
