Shimano reel repair

I have a shimano curado that is giving me some issues. I went to throw a cast yesterday I started to reel, but the clutch bar won't come back up. The worm shaft still goes sided to side but that's it. I checked on the shimano site but the only service centers listed are lake Charles and Nola. Anybody know where I can get it worked on around lafayette?

Thanks, i will keep them in mind next time. I tore it down just now. I oiled and freed up the clutch bar guide. Works like a champ again.

Is Oliver's sevicing Shimanos again? Went a couple years ago and they told me they stopped. Been using Professional Sports on Julia St in NOLA since.
