Snow Goose?

I have a bunch of breasts that I want to cook, but don't want gumbo and don't want bacon wrapped with japs and cream cheese.

What else can I do with them? I've never done anything else than what's up above.

I like to take foil and place a few breasts slices in it. coat em good with spices and add the jalapenos and some juice... make like a little chiminea (sp?) with the foil to where there is only a little hole at the top and place em on pit or oven. keeps the juice in. super good.

Take the breast cut them in slices add olive oil to a black iron skillet. Once oil has heated up take goose slices and brown. While the slices are browining add sliced bellpepper and onions and saute together. When almost done add a pack of fajita seasoning to it and stir in real well. Put that on a flour tortilia and whatever fixings you want, and you can thank me later. Talk about good!!!!

PM SigNat. That dude got some skills! I want to eat my screen when I look at his threads. I'm sure he has a recipe that would make your ol' lady wet!

i smoke the whole breast on the pit, 10 or 12 at a time, then slice with meat slicer into 1/4" slices and use as sandwich meat on lunch sandwiches. makes a great lunch.

Soak goose meat in buttermilk for a week in fridge, remove from fridge & throw away meat & make butter from the milk:grinpimp:

Is that similar to the duck butter we get in the summer time?
