This thing need repairs and that is why it is free. It is located on Hwy 34 in Joyce La just outside of Winnfield. It could be used as deer camp if it was remodeled. 90% of the inside has been gutted and ready to start rebuilding. Our intent was to remodel it but we bought a FEMA trailer instead. So here is the deal I will give this thing to you if you take the shed off of it and get it off of our property. We will be at the camp this weekend 2/16 to 2/17 working.
