Lost Duck Lease

I know its a longshot but I just found out that I lost my duck lease. If anyone knows of a blind for lease please let me know. Cameron parish locations. Will consider extreme west Vermillion.

TIA

What really blows is that my blind averaged about 17 birds per hunt over the last 3 years!

Did you tell the landowner how many ducks you killed?

Post it for the world to see?

I have a cousin in pine island that leases lots of land. Usually has several blinds come open each year. His name is Reggie. I can get you his number if you want

Sounds like they did you a favor. ;) Sorry Latt... I couldn't resist. I'll ask around.

Good luck on finding a new lease. Weird things happen around duck leasing time.

Years ago we had a blind in Cameron Parish. We were killing very few ducks, lucky to get a couple a hunt and zeroed many days. But we enjoyed the year round access and we could fish the canals for bass and crappie. The wives loved going down there so we didn't get any grief from them. HR&G came in and paid 10+ times what we were leasing it for. No way to compete with that. We think they were acting as a proxy for a wealthy land owner that didn't want us in the area but didn't want his name involved.
