Lew's reels

Just a little info. I've been fishing Lew's for nearly 6 year and have always spoke highly of them. Well, last Friday I was cleaning one and accidentally broke a piece. Called lew's and told them what I needed and went ahead and ordered a couple pawls just for spare. She informed me they have a spare parts bin from reels that are sent in for warranty and what not. They strip these reels for good parts and if they had the piece I needed she would send it to me. Yesterday, my parts arrived and at no cost!
Keep in mind how long I've fished with these reels. Salt, fresh, Wading, you name it. Every time I open one for cleaning, I'm amazed how clean they are. I have changed one pawl over the past 6 years and I'm on the water 1-3 times a week 10 months out of the year.

Thanks for that info. I want one. Just don?t need any new reels at the moment. But that will be my next reel purchase.
