Bass haul 2-2

Went out last Friday after I left work early to head to the water before the front came through and managed to pick up a limit of bass 10 minutes from the house and 3 minutes from the launch. Action was hot and heavy on a white humdinger in chocolate milk water. Bass were feeding on shad and crawfish coming from a slough in the swamp. Deep enough to get boat in there and shallow even to anchor with the big motor. Every other cast was a bass. Threw a few into the neighborhood pond for catching later.

Limit was reached in 20 minutes. On the water at 1640, boat back on the trailer at 1710.

Also, picked up this miniature brute a few days earlier on a baby bass brush hog caught in grass and reeling fast to slap the grass off. She hit it grass and all. Petite amite.
