Don't get me wrong the top pic is a nice fish it is also close enough to get slime on the camera.

trout are hard to photo. If 30" long like that guy claims, then its skinny as a rail and gives a distorted view.....and really doesn't look like our fish over here. Most trout here are little footballs....short and fat. Find a 30" trout in big lake and that sucker will weigh 12+ with that football belly.

ETA - but that one from TX doesn't look to be 30" or 10 lbs.

I agree on both accounts. Good thing for that dood that Mont won't let ya comment on fishin' reports over there....the Texans would hammer him.
