Bay Boat classfieds?

I am in the market for a decently used bay boat but on a budget at the moment I was wondering if any of you know of any other classified sites the only ones I've been able to search on was of course louisianasportsman.com and well craigslists.com but are there any others like them to look at boats for sale?

can you clarify?

Check compression on outboard, also make sure the boat is solid no soft spots in the floor or transom.

I See some random boats pop up on Facebook on the Cajun Swap Shop page.

I found mine locally listed on Southeastexas.com. You'll find what your looking for just have to be patient.

ya, your pretty much buying from a junk yard with the boatyard guys.

I wont go as far as to say they intentionally sell junk but lots of what they do there is frankenstien a rig by taking several beat up or broken rigs and piecing together something that works and runs ok to sell it and its a total crap shoot on how good it is or how long the motor will last.

I think of them as a source for salvage parts and maybe gamble on a still running engine if I cant buy new but its not some place I would buy a complete rig from

don't know if its true or not but I have heard stories of trailer titles not matching the numbers stamped on the trailers so if you deal with them always treat them like a shady used car lot and double check everything completely
