Man thats a good video. I like the way they perserve them. I remember catching alot of turtles when I was younger now I never see anymore.

By the way bayoubucks is a very good louisiana hunting website. Between them for hunting and this one for fishing we have a good thing going.

I had a dog that helped hunt turtles when I was in high school.
But now after Rita and Ike, you don't see many snappers in lower Cameron Parish anymore.

my grandpa used to do some of that when my mom was a little girl. He would get in some small canals that drained into the main bayous. He would feel around in old stumps and holes in the bank for fish and turtles,then at night he would walk down the middle of the canals and frog it. That gene never passed down to me hah.
