Oyster season closed on Texas Coast
 

Last year BP, this year Texas Red Tide. Oh where, oh where will all the oysters come from this year???:rolleyes:
Guess all the oystermen are getting their contraptions hooked up today.

At least it won't be a "Free For All" on Calcasieu Lake like it was before.
Only a finite number of licenses and that's it.
Once there are no more Oysters down here, I don't wanna hear them
crying about no more Oysters. LDWF cannot figure out how to manage
any kind of wildlife or fisheries.
