The cook-of in Youngsville. It was a great turnout with some great bands. Where were you and Baby Mamma? I could have used a hand drinking all that beer.

I'm working in south Texas and she was at my sisters wedding shower.. I couldn't have made it even if I was in town..looked like a Bon Temp though..

Don't think we placed. I shot out early to go cut grass. It was a gorgeous day outside though.

Looks damn fine Matt. I like your pot/cooker setup. I competed in a gumbo cook off a few times and loved it. The sponsor quit doing it though. Ended that fun :(

Thanks. It's actually my grandpas setup. It's probably older than me. The inside of the pot is smooth as glass! I love going to cook-offs when the schedule allows. It's a good place to learn a few things and also taste some confident boosters! Lol
